
Reservation Policy
Reservation
A deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Deposits can be made via e-transfer, Visa, or Mastercard.
We require 50% of the total amount as a deposit. Without the deposit, your reservation cannot be guaranteed or held.
Cancellation
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Minimum Stay
High season: minimum 4 nights
Low season: minimum 2 nights
Requests for shorter stays may be considered. Approval depends on availability between reservations. Please contact us by phone at 902-963-3933 or email at wrightscreektouristhome@hotmail.com
Maximum Occupants
The maximum occupancy is 6 guests, including infants, and this limit must not be exceeded.
Please ensure the correct number of guests is provided at the time of booking.
Any changes to the guest count after booking require our approval; otherwise, check-in may be refused.
Quiet Hours
As the property is located in a residential area, we welcome reservations from quiet and responsible adults only.
Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please avoid loud conversations or any noise outdoors, including on decks and patios.
Payment
Two payments are required for all reservations.
• Deposit: A deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure your booking.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your check-in date.
Please note that personal cheques and American Express are not accepted.
Smoking & Marijuana
The property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the rental unit, including but not limited to tobacco, marijuana, or any other substances.
A $200 penalty fee will be charged if smoking or marijuana use is detected inside the rental unit.
Pets
We apologize, but we cannot accommodate pets.
Bringing pets to the property will result in cancellation of your reservation, with the full amount still charged.
Allergy / Allergic
Guests who are allergic to dust, pollen, fragrances, carpets, cleaning products, or other substances should not book our property.
We cannot provide refunds for allergy-related issues.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM onward. Please do not arrive before 3:00 PM, as we require sufficient time to properly clean and prepare the rental unit for incoming guests.
Check-out: By 10:00 AM sharp. Late departures may result in an additional night’s charge.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
Legal action may be taken to recover costs for any damages incurred.
